All rates are priced per night. If a holiday falls on a Monday, the room rate for Sunday will become a weekend rate. All room rates are subject to state and local taxes totaling 10% . Room rates are subject to change and black-out dates may apply during holiday and special event periods.

Reservations
Reservations are required. To make a reservation, please contact us by telephone at 877 219-4663 or book online.
Arrivals & Departures
Check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Check-out time is by 11:30 a.m., daily. A half-day rental may be applied for use of our guestrooms after 11:30 a.m. In consideration for our other guests, early check-in and late check-out are both subject to approval and availability.
Deposits
An advance deposit, which is equal to the amount of the first night's stay, is required to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due upon departure by check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. For guests renting the complete Estate, a full pre-payment of the projected rental for the entire length of stay is required.

Cancellations
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation allows us limited opportunity to re-sell the guestrooms. For single room reservations, your deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made at least fourteen days prior to arrival. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, no refund is possible regardless of the reason, 100 % of your deposit will not be returned.
For multiple rooms or the entire Estate, if cancellation takes place six months prior to reservation date, a full refund of the deposit is given. If the cancellation is within 4 to 6 months prior to reservation date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be given. Less than 4 months prior to reservation date, 100% of the deposit will be kept by Goodstone. No refund of deposit.
Children
Children over 10 year of age are always welcome at Goodstone. Our guests come to relax in the peace and serenity that are provided at Goodstone. Exceptions may be made when an entire house or the entire Estate is reserved.
Pets
Pets of any size are not allowed at Goodstone as Mother Nature endows our grounds with many of her own.
Smoking
We request that you please refrain from smoking in the Carriage House, restaurant, common areas of the five residences and in all guestrooms. However, guests are welcome to smoke in designated exterior areas. (Back to the top) |
