Beginning in October 2008, Tarver King, formerly of the 5-star, 5-Diamond Woodlands Resort and Inn, joined the culinary team at The Goodstone and Hilltoppers. Chef King found a kindred spirit in The Goodstone, which launched a farm-to-table cuisine initiative in the Spring 2008, featuring vastly expanded organically maintained kitchen and herb gardens and orchards.
