Because we are a sprawling 265-acre estate on the outskirts of the village of Middleburg, a personal vehicle is recommended.
The First-night stay for each room reserved.
-Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we do require 14-day cancellation notice.
-If a reservation is cancelled within the 14-day window, the first night stay deposit plus taxes will be forfeited.
-Due to our intimate size, if, for any reason, a reservation is cancelled on the day of check-in or any day thereafter, the reservation will be charged in full including taxes.
There will be a $75 administration fee assessed for each date change to an existing reservation made prior to check-in.
-All rates are based on double occupancy. Specific rooms with pullout sofas will allow for 1-2 additional guests. These accommodations include the Mare Suite, Stallion Suite, Carlyle Jr. Suite, Warburg Jr. Suite, Stuart Suite and Bull Barn (one additional guest only).
The Master Suite and Stuart Suite allow for one roll away bed (1 guest).
-There is an additional charge of $100 plus taxes per person per night.
-We welcome children 14 and older.
-We welcome dogs up to 80 pounds in the Carlyle Jr., Mare Suite and the Dutch Cottage only. You must reserve the entire Dutch Cottage (Magnolia and Delphinium Rooms) in order to bring your pet. Advance reservations required.
-There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Crates are mandatory. The pet must be crated while left unattended in the room or cottage.
-Only one pet per room.
There is a $50 surcharge plus applicable taxes implemented for guests arriving the eve or day of all Federally recognized holidays and Valentine's Day.
Restaurant Reservations, Modifications & Cancellations (Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch & Dinner):
-Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we require a credit card for all dining reservations. Online modifications and cancellations can be made until 5 pm two days prior to reservation date. Any modifications or cancellations made after 5 pm (within 2 days, or within 7 for holidays or special dining events) will be subject to a $50 per person cancellation fee, and must be made by contacting the restaurant directly by phone at 540.687.3333.
Goodstone is open for Breakfast between 8 AM - 10 AM Monday through Sunday mornings.
-Inn Guests: Breakfast is complementary (excludes gratuity) to our Inn guests, and breakfast reservations are not required.
-Visiting Guests: Breakfast is also offered to visiting guests, and the cost is $25 per person plus tax and gratuity. Advance breakfast reservations are required if you are not a guest of the Inn. Please call the Inn at 540-687-3333 or book online at opentable.com.
-Goodstone offers a romantic, child-free dining experience. We welcome children 14 and older, and therefore we do not offer a children's menu, unless otherwise specified for special dining occasions.
-Business casual: Jackets are suggested, not required. No jeans, T shirts or shorts.
