Our Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another guest. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will forfeit your full payment for the booked service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
