The Lounge
Setting:
Indoor, main level of the Carriage House
Best For:
Intimate brunches, rehearsal dinners, receptions, late-night parties

Signature arched windows fill the room with natural light, highlighting wooden details and hunt country decor. The layout supports varied table configurations or a small dance floor.
Capacity:
Up to 30 guests for seated dinners
The Manor House
Setting:
Indoor, historic estate home
Best For:
Ceremonies, receptions, intimate gatherings
Standout features:
Rich textures, polished hardwood floors, and classic architectural details set a sophisticated tone. Rolling hill views stretch to the horizon from its windows.

Outdoor Spaces

The Ivy Wall
Setting:
Outdoor, near the Carriage House and adjacent to the pool and pergola
Best For:
Ceremonies, cocktail hour transitions
Standout features:
This storied wall survived a 1937 fire that destroyed the original mansion, and today stands as a symbol of endurance and an instantly recognizable, photo-ready backdrop. Its location allows for dramatic entrances and an easy flow into cocktail hour.
Capacity:
175, varies by set up
The Woodsy Garden
Setting:
Outdoor, tented celebration space surrounded on three sides by gardens and greenery
Best For:
Ceremonies, receptions, tented dinners
Standout features:
Capacity:
120' x 80' | 200 guests
As the closest tented option to the pool, pergola, and Ivy Wall, the Woodsy Garden keeps guests and vendors centrally located throughout the night. Surrounding trees and farm views set a magical scene, occasionally joined by fireflies in season.
Please note: This is a tented venue. See tenting requirements below.

The Hayfield
Setting:
Outdoor, the property's largest event space
Best For:
Receptions, dancing, large-scale celebrations
Standout features:
A true blank canvas with 360-degree views of rolling hunt country, a working farm, historic homes, and winding drives. Plenty of room for dining and dancing alike.
Please note: Outdoor weddings exceeding 60 guests require a tent. See tenting requirements below.
Capacity:
200' x 120' | 300 guests
The Pool & Pergola
Setting:
Outdoor, just beyond the Ivy Wall
Best For:
Cocktail hours, receptions

Capacity:
Cocktail set up 200 guests

The Manor House
Setting:
Outdoor, rear terrace and front lawn of the historic Manor House
Best For:
Ceremonies, intimate outdoor moments
Standout features:
The rear terrace overlooks rolling countryside for an idyllic ceremony backdrop, while the front lawn's curved driveway frames the grand façade. Soft ambient lighting illuminates the historic stonework as evening falls.
Please note: Music at the Manor House must conclude by 10:00 PM, earlier than the property's standard curfew.
Capacity:
varies depending on event set up
